WHITE-GLOVE PAPERWORK, DIGITIZED END TO END

Type it once. It lands on every page.

You've got a packet โ€” thirty pages of PDFs asking for the same name, the same address, the same story, over and over. I take that pile, make every page digitally fillable, wire it all to one data model, and hand you a form-filling experience so satisfying your users will finish it just to watch the papers fly.

LIVE DEMO โ€” GO AHEAD, TYPE IN IT

100 pages of hell. Or one form.

This is the actual Section 8 packet. A family of five fills out 100+ pages, pays a pro to decode it, expensive mistakes still happen โ€” then someone scans them, and inputs it all into a waitlist. That doesn't make any fucking sense. Here's what it could look like.

EasyHouse Commons โ€” Section 8 application Step 1 of 3

โœ“ Property info, program contacts & HUD offices pre-filled from records the property already has โ€” applicants never see those questions.

Nothing here is a mock-up: those are the agency's own PDFs, filled in real time. At the end you download the actual filled forms โ€” or they're sent automatically wherever they need to go.

HOW A PACK GETS BUILT

You hand me the pile.
I hand back magic.

  1. 01

    Send the PDFs

Email me the whole mess โ€” scans, faxes of faxes, forms with fields, forms without. If it prints on paper, I can make it fillable. No cleanup on your end.

    you: 10 minutes
  2. 02

    I build your pack

Every page becomes digitally fillable, mapped to one clean data model. Repeats, conditionals, one-form-per-household-member โ€” whatever logic your packet actually needs, encoded once, correct forever.

    me: usually ~2 days
  3. 03

    It lives in your product

I integrate the whole experience into your app โ€” your colors, your type, your motion. (You just rethemed the demo above in one click. That's the idea.) Out the other end: the real PDFs, filled and signed.

THE BORING, LOAD-BEARING DETAILS

Built like infrastructure.
Feels like a magic trick.

WHO YOU'RE ACTUALLY HIRING

Hi, I'm Jason. It's just me.

No platform. No sales team. No onboarding call with four people whose titles all contain the word "success." You email me your packet, we talk for twenty minutes about what it needs to do, and a couple of days later it's live in your product.

I'm doing this because paperwork is the single most hostile experience left in software, and it lands hardest on people who can least afford the mistakes โ€” housing applicants, patients, immigrants, anyone standing between themselves and thirty pages of carbon-copy questions. I think that's fixable. Not with a "platform." With care, form by form.

If your packet is genuinely gnarly, good. That's the fun part.
